But the National Guard is in Iraq...!

I recently read an article titled "Our Guardsmen on duty in Iraq -- and at home" over at Red State. Trevino gives some great analysis, or as he puts it, "strangling this one in its cradle."

"The modern American left is shot through with men who cut themselves shaving and blame Bush's war in Iraq for the blood thus spilt. There's no point in trying to convince them otherwise, or that Katrina's devastation is not somehow, somehow the Administration's fault. But you, dear reader, can and should know better."

Check out this short article. It's pretty good.

The hurricanes are the President's fault too...

according to Patricia Taylor in her recent article on the Daily Kos site anyway. Normally, the Louisianna National Guard is raking leaves, building sandbag walls, and pumping water this time of year. This time, they are out saving the world.

I couldn't help this one...

Sorry, but the Cindy story continues. This article titled If the facts don't fit, make them up, posted by John at Power Line blog, says it all.

It's hard to escape the conclusion that Angela Brown is abusing her position as an AP reporter to cheerlead for Cindy Sheehan and the antiwar Democrats, even if she has to fudge the facts to do it.

Face it, Cindy, Casey knew that there was a possibility he could go to war. The recruiter did not lie to him. No [male] soldier enlists with a clause in their contract excluding them from combat. Not to mention, he re-enlisted...betchya didn't know that one...

Juan Cole says it right.

As said by Ninja Kitty, "Juan Cole outdoes himself here. He is a genius. Liberal yes, but pure genius. He makes a case for why the “Get out of Iraq now” mantra is myopic and downright stupid", referring to his article Ten Things Congress Could Demand from Bush on Iraq, dated Monday, August 22d, 2005. He does make some good points, despite being a liberal. Worth taking a look at...

Respeck to Miss Coffey.

To my readers, check out Miss Coffey's (Sarah) sites here and here. She is a childhood friend of Ninja Kittyz.
Another fellow non-liberal.

d.i.y. can d.i.e.

It doesn't get much more liberal than this.

Speaking of lefty moonbats...

Left-leaning Louis, as in Minister Farrakhan, of the Nation of Islam.

In response to Mexican President Vicente Fox's criticized words in May, saying, "Mexican immigrants take jobs that not even Blacks want", Farrakhan responded, "Why are you so foolishly sensitive when somebody is telling you the truth?" Of course, black leaders throughout the US were "outraged" by Vicente's remarks. He went on by saying that Blacks do not want to go to California to pick fruit because "they picked enough cotton."

Farrakhan has orchestrated a Million (or a couple of hundred thousand) More Movement rally October 15th in DC. When asked why, his remark: "The United States is the greatest nation in the world. But today America is losing friends all over the world." Although we could do without most of the 'friends' we have lost, Farrakhan sums it up nicely. Thank God he actually said something worth listening to. I guess you do get wiser with age...

The Cindy Saga

Ok, I know that this issue is damn-near dead (or is it?), but I found some more interesting reading regarding this issue.

What I didn't know was that her husband filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences." You're kidding?! I can't believe he waited this long. Although, she has not been served the papers yet...

"If it's such a noble cause, why aren't his daughters over there?"

Hmm...good question. Let's see, Cindy, the Presidents daughters aren't 'over there' because this is a free country and we are able to make our own choices, just like your son did. What Cindy doesnt realize, is that there are plenty of congressmen and women whose children indeed are either serving or have served in the military. Despite what the fat fuck Michael Moore shows in his documentaries. What he didn't show in "Fahrenheit 911", were the congressmen who said, "Thanks, but my son is already in the Marines/Army/Air Force." Why didn't he show that? Oh, because that would have ruined his movie.

They never were the smartest of the bunch...

Oh how the tides are turning...

You know, if the Columbians and Mexicans would just collaborate; as it stands, the Feds have basically destroyed the Columbian drug cartel. Well, the leaders and a few big busts anyway. But if the Columbians were smart, they would understand that they have to lay low for awhile...however, that does not exclude them from selling their shit to the Mexicans to saddle-hump (or run or jump or swim...hey, that reminds me of a joke...) across the border for them. If you can't beat the system, just work around it. Hello, McFly, is anyone home?! Damn...

Imam Ali

I was reading this article in Front Page Magazine which, amongst other problems, talked about the lack of responsibility of "Imams", particularly in the West. In the religion of Islam, every muslim male is entitled to lead Friday sermons in the mosque. My hats off to the governments of Turkey, Egypt, Saudia Arabia, Yemen, Algeria and England, which have tightened their grip on Imam's. For instance, Turkish government requires all imam's are required to complete formal studies, where the secular government set the curriculum. In addidtion, they are only allowed to preach if the have a government-provided license.

When imams, legitimate or not, go beyond the limits tolerated by Muslim states, those governments take decisive action. Thus, when Muslim “scholar” Abdul Rehman of Pakistan organized a widely attended service for Shehzad Tanweer, one of the London suicide terrorists, he was arrested; when Ali Belhadj, the former number two of the banned Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) of Algeria, supported the murder of Algerian diplomats in Iraq, he was arrested; when Yemeni cleric Ali Yahya supported the rebellion led by the Zaidi cleric Sheikh Badr al-Din al-Huthi, he was sentenced to death.

[Radical] Muslim cleric's need to grow a pair and start to accept some responsibility. Hmm...something is coming to mind here...oh, yeah, Charles Manson! What these radical imams are doing is on a smaller scale of what Bin Laden is doing. And exactly like what Manson did: never committed a murder; yet preached, recruited, indoctrinated and motivated actual murders. Who is responsible? Those damn imam's need to be held accountable. "Oh! Look at me...I am a radical muslim, I can do whatever I want to!"

Welcome to Word.

Alright, the basics is here. It took me about four days to come up with this site. Not bad for someone who only four days ago thought HTML stood for Hamburger, Tomatoes, Mayo and Lettuce. Over time, I will make some adjustments here and there so bear with me.

Minus and Nemesis, your rival is here. Well, not really...but drop me some tips sometime for the site. Always looking to improve.

Alright, sucka, on to some important issues...
